No matter where you are in life, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Our Groups are designed around our Life Stage Gatherings framework and are designed to help you connect with others in a similar season—whether you’re just starting out, raising a family, navigating midlife, or stepping into retirement. It’s a space to grow, share, and walk through life with people who get it. Find your Life Stage and take your next step towards connection today.
Remember, these Life Stages are meant to be flexible, and you might even feel like you’re “straddling” a couple of stages. That’s ok! There’s no bouncer at the door! In fact, we recommend you show up to a gathering or two until you find the right fit!
Below is a brief description of each stage:
Stage 1 – Emerging Adults (typically 20s to mid-30s): You're stepping into adulthood and figuring out what it looks like to build a meaningful life.
Possible characteristics: Exploring career paths and long-term goals, building deep friendships and dating intentionally, taking ownership of decisions and responsibilities.
Stage 2 – Established Adults (typically mid-20s to late 30s): You've found your people—now you're learning how to build a life together. This stage is about growing in commitment, juggling responsibilities, and showing up with consistency and care.
Possible characteristics: Navigating marriage, parenting, or deep friendships, managing a household and shared finances, balancing work, family, and personal time.
Stage 3 – The Middle Years (typically mid-30s to mid-50s): Life feels full—maybe even overwhelming. You're managing responsibilities, but also stepping back to ask bigger questions about meaning, direction, and whether the life you're building still fits who you're becoming.
Possible characteristics: Juggling the demands of home, work, and community, caring for aging parents while still raising kids, reevaluating goals, identity, and purpose.
Stage 4 – The Mature Years (typically 55+): You’ve gained perspective, wisdom, and a bit more margin. This stage is about enjoying what matters most, investing in others, and embracing the freedom to live with purpose, gratitude, and joy.
Possible characteristics: Strengthening relationships and mentoring, contributing to community and legacy, reflecting on personal growth and achievements.
